1. Not that many people present. Where were the masses? Those flags might make it appear that there are thousands, but look at the spaces in between. It looks like a rainout at Wrigley field.
2. April 9th - when he annouced that date, it reminded me that this is his SECOND date that something big will happen.
I noticed the relative sparsity of the crowd too, along with the somewhat bored flag waving. Most of them appeared to be women, which is interesting. Dinnerjacket's nuclear rhetoric and overdrawn wordplay would put anyone to sleep.
Government coerced demonstrations with little enthusiasm. The truth is that 9 out of 10 of these demonstrators would jump at the chance at migrating to the United States. Most of the people and most of the Mullahs are unhappy with Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, who has isolated Iran and possibly is leading the country into a showdown that they can not win.
This is exactly the type of thing more Americans need to see on the nighttime news broadcasts. Few people or no, I think most Americans just don't get it when it comes to the threats this guy continues to make on a daily basis.

Most appeared to be women... This is probably the only thing they've been allowed to do outside of their houses in weeks/months.
