A Report from Times Square

I caught up with the anti-war protests in Times Square tonight. There were some patriots on hand as well. I put together three photo slideshows below featuring a very special surprise attendee, Lynne Stewart, who some of you may know, I've photographed before.

Although this was the most peaceful of all our counter-demonstrations so far, there were a couple of anti-war protestors that lunged and cursed at us. The police had to step in control the situation because some of those peaceniks just cannot resist their violent tendencies. I've seen this time and time again. The passersby in Times Square by seemed genuinely curious about what we had to say. There were even heartening outbursts of applause for us at a couple of points.

First slideshow can been seen here. Second one here. Third one here.

Great pix. I noticed the vast majority of those protesters were over 50. Gee I wonder why. And GOD, does Lynne Stewart look UG-A-LY!

woo-hoo urban infidel!

Great photos of the 60's left wing idiota in their native habitat. We can only hope they join the ranks of the endangered species - and soon!

Hope to join you some day!

Cheers - Dinah

Its funny that you are fighting to protect these screaming idiots from themselves.

Our ideals of democracy make their idiocy possible and the fascists that we fight are the enemies of all of us.

Very impressive. Writing blogs is one thing but you're out on the frontline. Bravo!

What a rush it must be to actually be at a protest!

Watch out for those violent hippie-burn-out peace protesters!

Hi Brooke,
Yes it is exciting. I love watching the crowd's reactions. For a little group we really know how to get people's attention. Hardly anyone was paying mind to the moonbats behind us!

Keep up the great work. If you post when and where you are demonstrating or counter-demonstrating I might join you. It's one of my new year's resolutions to do that.

As always, great work, UI. How funny that you would catch evildoer Stewart as the last shot at each event.

I really just don't understand these moonbats. It's not even their peace stance that gets me (though I don't agree). It's that they can so quickly and easily jump to violence and anger at those who disagree. Yet, all the while protesting against the violence of war.

Double standard, party of one...

UI, hey thanks a lot for trying, but I see 'anony...' is back again. It's not that big a deal, but I was hoping it was a new/old blogger thing. I was a getting a bit paranoid cuz I'd seen the same thing happen to me on a couple other blogs.

Those include http://the-muslim-question.blogspot.com/
which, because apparently the infamous CAIR buddy PR guys, the Zogby Brothers complained to Blogger, they put up one of those 'potential hate site' entry pages. We link to each other. They decided to take no chances and just jumped over to:
http://tmq2.wordpress.com/

I like blogger better for a few reasons, but anyway, I was seeing conspiracy theories when I noticed that I had become 'anony...' and that my post link back had disappeared.

I like the new blogger, It's much much easier to change templates and
enter links and pictures and stuff. I'm still wondering if I can convert my old one to the new, or will I have to enter the stuff all over again. They won't shut them down tho, so I may just link to my old one in posts but not enter any new posts. I will eventually get around to seeing for myself, but how is the conversion working for you?

Thank you again, you little picture taking Infidel you. Some of those wacky leftists are very evil and insane looking. New York rocks! lol

This is just sad! Most Americans don't realize what is going on right now where 800 palestinians compaed to 13 israelis and 750 000 in need of water food and electricity because of the blocus. Israel is a democracy but so was germany under Hitler at first. Besides Israel violates international laws and have racist laws which limit access to highways on occupied territories to jews.
