Political Street Graffiti: The Thomas Jefferson Edition, Part 2

I came across this stenciled Thomas Jefferson quote yesterday painted on a warehouse wall. It is the second one like this I've seen lately around here. You can see the first one here.

It's an interesting series and it sure beats the hell out of all the other street 'art' in Williamsburg. I'm looking forward to finding more of them.

A cogent and pertinent reminder of the REAL options attendant the American experiment... kings dole out privileges to the privileged few, but a democratic republic derives human rights from The Creator, and hence we have a choice of dealing with the excesses of freedom OR the banalities of slavery.
