Fermenting the seeds of revolution. Iran is risking the violence in Iraq to cross over into their borders. No population likes to be held captive by their own government.
this is so hard to watch. I tried to show it to a Venezuelan to show why I am concerned with Venezuela's alliance with iran. She said it is made up propaganda! *sigh*
biby cletus,
Thanks! I appreciate you coming by. And keep up the good work on your blog. Looks great.
ac,
Imagine revolution for freedom. It will be tremendous and unfortunately bloody.
jungle mom,
Very hard to watch indeed. Her cries are for her life. She knows what she is getting into with these people. The photos are revealing in my next post. I love to see Iranian women being defiant. And how creepy are those black vulture who hound them in public.
If you friend thinks this is propaganda, direct her to my next post on the mannequin fatwa. Things are reaching a truly absurd level.
That's Islamic law for you. Meanwhile, subjecting themselves to a god that never existed. To hell with the idea that "Allah" is God. He is the antichrist.
Yes, she screams in terror because she knows that as soon as she is in custody she must fear for her life and worse. Often women are raped by the police in while in custody for "propriety" offences. Or tortured and raped. Or tortured raped and killed. Sometimes they just disappear.
I admit I find it hard to imagine being so brave as to walk down the street. I would stay at home and safe in my room for as long as I could if I had to face that world.
Hi Flora,
Yes. That poor young woman is screaming for her life. She knows what she is geting into. We can only pray she gets out, alive and in one whole piece.
I like your blog. Love animals, too!
Thanks for posting this video..
It's almost as disturbing as the pics of the two gay teenagers who were hanged in Iran two years ago.
I know many enlightened muslims, and the Persian community here in Canada is particularly impressive when it comes to their above-average levels of education and culture. I wonder if we can do something to influence results in Iran (and other regressive countries).
